AmyLouWho Amy Butler Sew and Tell Challenge!

So here is what I have made this month!  Kind of hard to do with a 2 year old, a 4 month old, two dogs a husband and working from home....but it is the only thing I can do at night that de-stresses me before I head to bed (shuts my brain off somehow!)  Anyway this is Amy Butler's Messenger bag pattern with two of her Nigella fabrics (Yes they are discontinued and I cut into them!  I'm crying inside but so excited for the new bag!!!)

    So pretty! I love the nigella line - my bedding is made from it! That interior with the blue!? swooooon.

    I think the fabric looks much better made in this bag than buried in your fabric stash! And you can take it with you everywhere. Great finish! I am always impressed to see women finding time to sew with little children in the house, you've got my admiration.

    Awesome! That Nigella print was one of my favorite AB's. You should be proud that you cut into it, because your bag looks just amazing!
